Senior Full Stack Developer(Full Time)

What You’ll Do

• Build and scale Era’s flagship AI-powered fertility platform, developing both B2C patient-facing applications and B2B clinic management systems using Next.js and modern fullstack technologies.
• Transform product designs from Figma into pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces and integrate our proprietary fertility LLM and Eve AI Companion into seamless user experiences.
• Architect robust, scalable backend systems and APIs that handle growing user bases across multiple international markets while collaborating cross-functionally with product, design, and AI teams.
• Drive technical excellence through code reviews, architectural decisions, and best practices implementation across the entire tech stack.

Requirements

• 5+ years of fullstack development experience with proven track record delivering complex, production-level applications.
• Strong expertise in Next.js or similar modern React frameworks with exceptional frontend skills to implement designs from Figma with pixel-perfect accuracy.
• Proficiency in backend technologies including Node.js, API development, database design, cloud infrastructure, and deployment platforms including Vercel.
• Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, well-tested code with strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• AI Development Experience: Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms on complex projects – this is a major advantage that sets candidates apart.
• Experience with LLM integration, AI APIs, or building AI-powered applications in production environments.
• Background in healthcare technology, digital health, or regulated industries with understanding of privacy and security requirements.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL/MongoDB, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and React Native for mobile development.
