We’re looking for a full-time UX/UI Designer to join our founding team and help shape the product that will touch the lives of millions.

Role: UX/UI Product Designer (Full-Time)
Location: Tel Aviv / Remote

What You’ll Do
Lead the design of user-centered experiences across Era’s B2C and B2B digital products.
Own the end-to-end product design process: from user research and wireframes to prototypes, high-fidelity visuals, and hand-off.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and medical teams to deeply understand user needs and create intuitive, empathetic design solutions.
Translate complex fertility journeys into simplified, actionable UI components and flows.
Advocate for best-in-class design practices and ensure design consistency across our platform.
Analyze usage data and user feedback to iterate and optimize the user journey.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in digital products or consumer-facing platforms.
A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric, data-informed design.
Experience designing products from 0 to 1, especially for startups or early-stage products.
Proficiency in Figma and common design/prototyping tools.
Ability to balance intuitive design with complex workflows (e.g., healthcare, legal, or fintech flows).
Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Strong English communication skills.
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Experience designing for healthcare, wellness, or fertility tech.
Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare or consumer market.
Passion for building impactful products that combine emotional and technical journeys.
