Senior Sales Executive – US Fertility Markets (Full-Time)

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Era’s expansion into the US fertility market, driving B2B sales to fertility clinics, reproductive endocrinologists, and healthcare systems while establishing strategic partnerships across the reproductive health ecosystem.
  • Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, building relationships with key decision-makers including clinic directors, medical staff, and healthcare administrators.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Era’s AI-powered fertility platform, translating complex AI capabilities into compelling value propositions that resonate with healthcare professionals and clinic operators.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline while collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, and clinical teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and long-term partnership success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in US healthcare markets, with at least 2 years specifically in fertility, reproductive health, or related medical specialties.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex, high-value deals with healthcare organizations, medical practices, or clinical systems.
  • Deep understanding of the US fertility industry landscape including key players, regulatory environment, reimbursement models, and decision-making processes within fertility clinics.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with ability to engage C-level executives, medical professionals, and technical stakeholders across different organizational levels.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience selling AI/technology solutions, digital health platforms, or SaaS products to healthcare organizations.
  • Established network and relationships within the US fertility industry including fertility clinics, IVF centers, reproductive endocrinology practices, and related healthcare systems.
  • Background in medical device sales, healthcare software, or other regulated healthcare technology markets.
  • International sales experience or familiarity with global healthcare markets, particularly Israel and European fertility sectors.
