About the role

We're hiring multiple Full-Stack Engineers across levels to help us ship faster across every product surface — the Eve consumer copilot, the B2B clinic dashboard, the calendar, and the workflow automation studio. You'll work end-to-end: designing the UI with our design system, wiring up the APIs, and making AI-native features feel effortless. Because we're small and moving fast, you'll own real features from idea to production and see them in users' hands quickly. We care about people who write clean, maintainable code, sweat the details of a warm, human user experience, and like the breadth of touching the whole stack.

What we're looking for

Strong full-stack experience (we welcome a range of levels, from solid mid-level to senior).

Proficiency with a modern frontend framework (React or similar) and clean, accessible UI work.

Comfort on the backend — building APIs, working with databases, and integrating services.

An eye for design and a willingness to work closely with a design system to ship polished, on-brand UI.

Experience integrating AI/LLM features into user-facing products is a plus.

Ownership mentality and the ability to take a feature from spec to shipped.

Care for users — extra important given the sensitivity of the fertility journey.

What you'll own

Build and ship features end-to-end across web and mobile surfaces.

Implement clean, on-brand UI using the eraborn design system.

Develop the APIs and data flows behind the features you build.

Integrate AI-driven experiences into the consumer and clinic products.

Collaborate with product, design, and data to move quickly and thoughtfully.

Maintain quality through testing, reviews, and good engineering habits.

Help shape engineering practices as the team grows.
